Pushpadolotsav, an auspicious day of birth anniversary of Bhagawan Shree Naranarayan Dev. Across the country Bharat and abroad too, people celebrate this festival in various traditional ways.
Bhagawan Shree Swaminarayan, reformed the festival to inculcate true devotion with ancient tradition and frequently celebrated Rangotsav – Pushapadolotsav at many places.
To put forward this divine tradition, with the inspiration of Sadguruvarya Shastri Shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami, Gurukul Parivar celebrates this bright day of birth day anniversary of Bhagawan Shree Naranarayan Dev as Pushpadolotsav.
On 21 Mar 2019, at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Ahmedabad in the holy presence of Pujya Purani Swami Shree Bhaktiprakashdasji Swami, Pujya Purani Shree Balkrishnadasji Swami, Pujya Purani Shree Hariswarupdasji Swami, saints & devotees Pushpadolotsav festival was carried out with full of pleasure and devotion.
Celebration was started with the Kirtan Bhakti singing the Kirtans of holi-Rangotsav in chorus.
It was followed by the marvelous event of gorgeous Abhishek of Shree Ghanshyam Maharaj with the flower-petals. Over hundreds of kilos of flowers were used in this colourful & odourise Pushpa-Abhishek and all devotees enjoyed divine Darshan.
Sadguruvarya Shastri Shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami also graced the celebration from USA by audio-visual media and explained the importance of festival traditions purified by Bhagawan Shree Swaminarayan.
In the end all devotes enjoyed Rangotsav with Prasadi flowers.
