A Bal Sanksar Shibir was conducted at SGVP form 28th April to 2nd May 2005 in which eighty selected kids from Bal-manch conducted by Gurukul Junagadh had participated.
On 28th May, at the time of daybreak the inauguration was performed by Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swami who lit up the lamp. The core values of life were taught to them in different camps and divisions. Saints explained the life and work of Shreeji Maharaj, Shikshapatri, discipline, general knowledge of Sampraday, filial reverence, cleanliness, goal of life, reading-writing progress and lot of other things.
Children games, devotional songs, prayers, swimming, Health Centre, chanting, horse riding, amusement park, cricket, skating, encouragements, audio – visual session, computerized quiz gave the children a knowledge and also entertainment. In last two days the children take part in various visits of science city, safari, exploration etc. Kids got an opportunity to relish the taste of different fruits and ice cream as well. Pujya Balkrishnadasji Swami showered his blessing and explained the cultural and spiritual values of life. The camp was conducted successfully by the co – operation of Shastri Shree Harinarayan Swami, Pujya Balswarup Swami and volunteers in which children understood the values of life. Kids and their parents also expressed their satisfaction and pleasure.
One more camp was organised in Mumbai from 22nd to 24th April ’05 in the guidance of Purani Shree Krishnaswaroop Swami in which seventy children took an active part. Along with spiritual and cultural activities children enjoyed the camp and acquired the knowledge of various aspects of the Sampraday.
