Under the holy inspiration & guidance of Purani Swami Shree Bhaktiprakashdas Swamiji a Japatmak Panch-Kundi Maha-Yajnya was performed at Ahmedabad Gurukul from 5th to 9th October, 2003.
After the Deha-Shuddhi ritual on 4th Oct., daily Ahuties were offered in the Yajnya-Kunda with recitation of Sarvamangal Stotra & Vishnu-sahsra nam. About 200 Students and 100 Haribhaktas actively participated in this Yajnya which continued for 5 days wherein 25 Laks of Sacrifices (Aahutis) were offered.
On the final day, Sharad-Poornima, the final aahuto (BIDU) was offered from holyhands of Brahmnishtha Shree Jogi Swamiji and Sdg. Shree Devkrishnadadji Swami amid Vedic-chants. Pujya Hariprasaddasji Swami, Sdg. Balkrishandasji Swami, Sdg. Shree Shreeharidasji Swami, Sdg. Shree Dharmavallbhdasji Swami, Purani ShreeKrishnapriyadasji Swami and other saints also participated in this ritual.
Shree Ghanashyambhai Vaghasia from USA was the Yajaman of this Maha-Yajnya. Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swamiji, Pujya Purani Swami blessed him for devotional involvement in such traditions. Shree Ratilalbhai Viththalani managed for all necessitates of yajnya.
