Gyan Satra

Sadguru Shastriji Maharaj Shree Dharmajivandasji Swami, in the beginning of Gurukul Ahmedadad, bestowed with the precious gift of Gyan Satra. In this divine stream of Satsangwith the blessings of Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swamiji and in the holy presence of Sadguruvarya Shastri Shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami and elder saints 35th Gyansatra was held during August 02 to 08, 2011.
In the beginning, incessant Dhoon for 10 hours was performed by saints, students and Satsangies. It was followed by the Pothi Yatra from the Yajman’s home to Gurukul. During the Gyan Satra Saduruvarya Shastri shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami narrated the Katha of Shreemad Satsangijivan. Sadguru Purani Swami Shree Bhaktiprakadshdasji Swami, Sadguru Purani Shree Balkrishnadasji Swami, Sadguru Purani Shree Shreeharidasji Swami, Pujya Purani Shree Hariswarupdasji Swami and young saints also delivered the discourses on various topics.
On the auspicious day of Shreehari Jayanti, Abhishek of Shree Nilkanth Varni was performed with Panchamrut, Kesat Jal and Tirth Jal. Abhishek was followed by the Rajopchar Poojan of Shree Ghanshyam Maharaj. As per the Vedic rituals of Royal worship of Shree Ghanshyam Maharaj, Vedic recitations, recitations of hymns from scriptures, Purans & other Sanskrit literatures were presented before Shreeji Maharaj. Royal articles like Ornaments, Dresses, Chhatra, Chamar, , Nrutya, Playing of various Musical instruments like flute, Sharnai and Abhishek with flowers were offered to Shree Ghanshyam Maharaj. It was a divine panorama for all participants.
On August 07, assembly of Mahila Manch was organised in the holy presence of Pujya Sankhya Yohies. Members of Balika Mandal and Mahila Mandal presented various inspiring cultural progammes and Pujya Sankhya Yogies blessed all participants with inspiring speeches.
As a part of social activities, a blood donation camp was arranged. Divine Darshan and blessings of Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swamiji, Thakkar Thali, cultural programmes, Kirtan Sandhya, Kirtan Bhakti by famous artist Shree Niranjanbhai Pandya, etc. were the salient features of the Gyan Satra.
New Publications : Amar Var No Vivah (Audio CD), Kanudo Mangya Dene (Audio CD), Kirtan Dhara (Audio CD), MAnigar Morlo (Audio CD) all in the voice of Shree Shardul Bhagat (vil. Memka) were published. Vandu Sahajanand Ras Rup (DVD) part 2 and Vandu Sahajanand Ras Rup (MP3) part – 1 consisting narrations of Pujya Purani Shree Hariswarupdasji Swami on Lirtans ‘Vandu Sahanand Ras Rup…’ were also published with the holy hands of Pujyapad Shree Jigi Swamiji and elder saints.
In the pious memory of Mother Vaktuba Kanubha Vaghela, Shree Rajendrasinh Pavansinh Vaghela was the chief Yajman of the Gyan Satra. Shree Shamjibhai Ranchhodbhai and Amar Parivar (Narsipura), Shree Kishorbhai Laljibhai Kerai and family, Shree Pravinbhai Valjibhai Vrsani and family were the co-Yajnans of the Gyan Satra.
Devotees of Gurukul Parivar from various parts of the state and cities across India took the benefit of Gyan Satra.
