Dhanurmas – Giving alms to the deserving poor and Brahmins during this period is believed to confer great merit(Punya).
As Dhanurmas starts, the activities of charity and bhakti (worship) begin with inspiration by the visionary saint, H.H. Guruvarya Shastri Shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami.
Saints, students and staff go out at night and distributed 2000 blankets to the underprivileged people. Students spent total 1600 hours for this pious and noble SEVA. Students contribute and participate in various activities for helping needy people by visiting hospitals, orphanage old age homes and slum areas during Dhanurmas.
