Primary School & Ashadhi Bij Ceremony - Gurukul Taravada

At Gurukul Taravada PTC collage and B.Ed College are working well to train the educators. Since beginning till date, all three years, PTC collage has acquired 100% result in board examination. Students are securing positions in top ten in the state. Even though, parents in the surrounding areas were seeking for the primary education of better quality for their children. They were expecting from Gurukul Taravada for the same since long.

With the blessings of Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swami and with the inspiration of Sadguru Mahant Swami Shree Devkrishnadasji Swami and Sadguru Shastri Swami Shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami just to satisfy the need of society and to provide better education with human values and culture, Gurukul Taravada stepped ahead for the primary school from the academic year 2006-07. On June 12, 2006 opening ceremony was held in the presence of 200 students and their parents.

In the holy presence of Kothari Swami Shree Harijivandasji Swami and Pujya Shree Ghanshyamjivandasji Swami, inauguration lamp was lit up. After the prayer saints and guest were welcomed. Teachers entertained the students with songs, tales, hymns and other presentations. Shree Kalubhai Tarapara, the chief guest of the ceremony gifted the school bags to all students. Saints welcomed the students by applying sacred Kum-Kum chandala on students’ foreheads.

Pujya Krishnapriyadasji Swami explained the importance of Sanskar in the basic education whereas Shree Ashokbhai Umaraliya explained the importance of human values in education.

Students from more than 18 surrounding villages are studying in the primary school. Now it is required to construct a primary school building earliest for the convenience of students.
