Summer Camp ( 01 to 29 May -2010)

     Summer vacation is a time to be freshened up for next academic session. Children love this time to spend it in favourite activities and to learn something gratifying. SGVP had arranged an exciting and educative Summer Camp for boys and girls during the month of May, 2010. It was to provide an opportunity to learn and enjoy adventurous activities conducted by professionals on the world-class playgrounds.

Pratishatha Mahotsav, Ravani (Mundiya), Dahinda ( 21 to 23 May -2010)

With the blessings of Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swamiji and with the inspiration of Sadguru Shastri Shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami and Sadguru Purani Shree Balkrishnadasji Swami a new Shree Hari Mandir is constructed at village Ravni (Mundiya), as per the desire of Shree Khodabapa, a blessed devotee of many great saints by untiring efforts and hard work of all villagers.

Satsang Shibir, Matheran ( 04 to 08 Mar - 2010)

Devotees from Mumbai and surrounding territory arranged for the Satsang Shibir at Matheran during March 04-08, 2010. Sadguru Shastri Shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami delivered the erudite discourses and Sadguru Purani Shree Balkrishnadasji Swami gave inspiring sermons. Younger saints also delivered the cheering Satsang stories.
Abhishek of Thakorji was performed in the swimming pool and devotees enjoyed the Abhishek and Snan.

5th Annual Patotsav, SGVP

     Vasant Panchami, the day to welcome the Vasant, the spring, the king of seasons bears the great importance in Indian tradition. In the Swaminarayan Sampraday too it marks glorious occasion as the day of Shaikshapatri Jayanti, birthdays of Sadguru Shree Brahmanand Swami and Sadguru Shree Nishkulanand Swami falls on this day of Vasant Panchami.

Dhanurmas

“Dhanurmas” is celebrated to commemorate the event of Bhagawan Shree Krishna and Balram’s stayed in Rishi Sandipani’s Ashram for learning 64 Vidya of life. Thus, this holy month is religiously known to acquire the knowledge and wisdom. The very source of it is our Indian scriptures. Moreover, in Indian culture all holy events are associated with the ritual of donation, to help the needy or social welfare activities.

17th National Childrens' Scientists Congress (NCSC)

Sadguru Shastriji Maharaj Shree Dharmajivandasji Swami initiated the Gurukul tradition to propagate the SADVIDYA through educational activities for the all-round development of students and consequently to prepare ideal citizens for healthy society and mighty country. In the holy shelter of Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swamiji various events are being organised to fulfill the objectives of Gurukul. One such national level event was constituted as 17th National Children's Science Congress at SGVP.
