The administration of Amrutarogyam Ayurvedic Pharmacy in the section of "Niramayam" conducted by SGVP is carried our properly. Various medicines are prepared from the Panchgavya of nearly 250 Gir cows of "Kamdhenu Sadnam" under the supervision of expert doctors render free services to Ahmedabad Gurukul and SGVP through Amrutarogyam and treatment to patients is given at reasonable cost by the institution.

Kamdhenu Cowshed |
Cow gives us milk which is as good as an elixir. Not only this, but, its products like butter, curd, buttermilk, urine protect us from diseases and these elements nourish us as well. The rearing brought up and procreation of nearly 250 cows are carried our at SGVP with utmost care. These all cows belong to ancient Gir race.
The Horses of finest breed are kept in the stable to train the students for horse riding. in the Ayurvedic Herb-Farm of the institution various medicinal herbs are produced from the fertilizer of cow's dung. Various efficacious medicines are prepared from it under the direction of expert doctors and devoted saints to cure the chronic diseases. |
